X-ray Diagnosis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone (A Report of 16 Cases)

目的:探讨骨巨细胞瘤X线诊断。材料与方法:综合分析16例骨巨细胞瘤的临床及X线表现。结果:绝大多数患者有外伤史,全部有不同程度的疼痛,局部压痛。四肢长骨的骨端,表现为偏心生长,椭圆形骨破坏,皂泡状影及骨包壳。结论:皂泡影及骨包壳是骨巨细胞瘤的X线特征。

Purpose： To research the radiodiagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone. Materials and Methods： The clinic and X - ray manifestation of analyses 16 cases. Results： The vast majority of patients have traumatiehistory, All 3 of these patients have varying degrees of pain, local tenderness and the end of the bone of long bone of limbs appears eccentric growth, the destruction, of the oval bone, soap bubbles shadow and bony sheet. Conclusion： The X- ray character of giant eeU tumor of bone is at the soap bubhles shadow and the bony shell.
