摘要
目的:探讨CT引导穿刺下放射性125I离子植入技术对中晚期肺癌的治疗。材料与方法:对资料完整的130例中晚期肺癌患者,应用治疗计划系统(TPS)计算剂量和粒子分布计划,在CT扫描引导下,准确的标记出病灶穿刺的进针点,进针深度,角度,计算出进针数,将穿刺针经皮穿刺于病灶内并植于粒子。植入结束后,再进行CT扫描观察粒子分布情况及有无并发症的发生。结果:全部病例手术顺利,经复查近期有效率83%(108/130),并发气胸15%,(20/130),出血32%(42/130)。结论:CT引导经皮穿刺粒子植入术对中晚期肺癌治疗是简单有效安全的微创技术,值得推广和应用。
Purpose: To study the clinical value of MSCT guided 125 I seeds implantation in the treatment of lung cancer. Materials and Methods: 30 eases of lung cancer patients were administered 125 I seeds implantation. TPS was helped to achieve increased positional accuracy and superior, optimum dose distribution. CT- guided percutaneons transthoracis was used to inserting aspiration in the optimal situs, angle and depth. Through the puncture needles the seeds was placed in lung cancer lesions. After the implantation, CT was used for observing the complications and the place of seeds. Results: All implantation were done well. The short - term well effective rate is 83% (108/130), pneumothorax occurred 15% (20/130), hemorrhage 33% (42/130). Conclusion: CT - guided percutaneous transthoracis technology is a safe, effective and simple way for lung cancer.
