摘要
溪洛渡水电站总装机容量1 260万kW,其地下厂房岩壁吊车梁是发电机组重要吊装设备——桥式起重机的轨道梁,设计最大载荷2 000 t,也是目前世界最大的岩壁吊车梁之一,质量要求高、施工难度大,施工过程中克服了岩体地质结构复杂等困难,创造了岩壁吊车梁开挖及混凝土精品工程,其施工技术值得类似工程借鉴。
The Xiluodu Hydropower Station has an total installed capacity of 12.6 million kW and its crane beams on rocky wall for underground powerhouse are the important lifting equipment the rail beam of bridge crane, with the maximum design load of 2000 tons, one of the largest crane beam on rocky wall in the world, so that the high quality is required and it is diffieuh to construet. In the construction process, we overeame the difficulties of complex geological structures of rock body and created an excellent project of the excavation of crane beam and concrete placement.Its construction technology can be used for reference in similar projects.
