摘要
锦屏二级水电站地下厂房洞室断面采用圆拱直墙型,顶拱为三心圆拱,支护锚杆全部采用!28/32 mm涨壳式预应力中空注浆锚杆。进行了中空锚杆水泥净浆配合比试验、水泥锚固剂凝结试验与抗压强度检验和扭力扳手的率定试验等相关室内试验和现场生产性试验。根据试验结果确定了施工工艺。
The section of tunnel chamber of underground powerhouse of the Jinping Cascade-Ⅱ Hydropower Station is the shape of circle-arch vertical-wall and its top arch is a three-center circle arch. The support anchorage rods all adopted 28/32 mm expanding-shell pre-stressed hollow pouring anchorage rods. The tests such as the test on the mix proportion of cement to slurry of hollow anchorage rod, coagulation test on cement anchoring agent, compressive test, calibration test of torsion, and field productive tests. On the basis of the test results, the construction technique was determined.
