VEGF和整合素αv亚基在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及相关性研究

摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和整合素αv亚基在不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤中的表达,并探讨二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化Elivsion法检测42例人脑星形细胞瘤标本中VEGF、SP法整合素αv亚基的表达情况。结果在人脑星形细胞瘤标本中,VEGF和整合素αv亚基阳性染色主要定位于肿瘤细胞和部分血管内皮细胞,其阳性染色强度随肿瘤级别的增高而显著增高(P<0.05),但二者的表达水平无相关性。结论VEGF和整合素αv亚基的表达强度参与人脑星形细胞瘤恶性行为的调控,但二者在表达上无相关性作用。 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and integrin αv subunit in varied pathologic grading astrocytoma, and the relationship between them: Methods The expression of VEGF and integrin αv subunit in 42 cases of human astrocytoroa was detected by Elivsion and SP immunohistocheroical technique respectively. Results In the human astrocytoma specimens, the positive expression of VEGF and integrin αv subunit were mainly localized ized the glioma ceils and in some blood vessel endothelial cells. The expression of VEGF and integrin αv subunit was significantly increased with the increasing grades. But the expression levels of them have no correlation. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and integrin αv subunit in the human astrocytoroa may be involved in the regulation of malignant behavior, but there is no correlation between the expression of VEGF and integrin αv subunit.
