摘要
采用电化学抛光方法对银进行了表面处理,考察了抛光液各组分以及主要工艺参数对抛光效果的影响。结果表明,经本工艺抛光后的银表面光亮、清洁,达到镜面效果。抛光液组成简单,维护方便,操作安全,是一种理想的银电化学抛光工艺。
An electropolishing technology of silver was studied. The effects of some factors, such as concentration of some components, volts, temperature, were investigated. The results show that the polishing solution is safe to work and convenient to maintain. A terrific bright and clean surface can be obtained by this process.
