摘要
阐述了国内外气辅成型的成型机理和工艺优化方面的相关研究内容,并对其发展趋势作了展望。气辅成型机理研究侧重于熔体充填、气体注入以及气体保压等方面的研究,而工艺优化方面的研究主要集中在单参数对成型质量的影响的讨论。
The paper elaborated the research concerned on the forming mechanism and optimization of the gas-assisted injection molding(GAIM) at home and abroad, and obtained the prospect in its developing tendancy. The research on GAIM' s forming mechanism put emplasis on the melt filling, gas injection and gas-pressure preservation, and the research on optimization of the GAIM process was to focus on the influence of single parameter on the molding quality.
