摘要
通过对贴标机取标机构运动误差的分析,建立目标函数,对取标板的参数进行了优化设计;在对上胶工位运动要求分析的基础上,建立了取标板的自转角与中心转盘转角的函数关系;并在此基础上,根据凸轮齿轮的传动理论求出凸轮轨迹的向径,为贴标机取标机构的设计提供理论依据。
The parameter for picking-up plate is optimizing designed by setting target function and analyzing movement error for picking-up mechanism of labelling machine. On the basis of rubberizing work-place movement analysis, the function relation between self-rotation angle of label plate and central turntable angle is established. Then, the direction diameter for cam track is calculated by driving principle for cam gear, which provides theory basis for picking-up mechanism design of labelling machine.
