摘要
本文主要针对国内印刷机对不同纸张厚度下印压的手动调节精度差、速度慢的现状,通过运动学分析,研究了印刷压力与纸张厚度的对应关系,根据函数关系绘制出关系曲线,并以单片机为中心处理单元设计自动控制系统,使用VB语言建立起人机交互界面,利用串口完成上位机和下位机之间的数据交换,使操作者可以在控制台上进行印压的调整,实现了自动和手动调节的兼容,提高了国内印刷机的自动化程度。
Foausing on the status quo of poor precision, slow speed of printing pressure manual adjustment on different thick paper sheet in domestic printing machine, throught the research oft he relationship between thickness of paper and printing pressure, based on the function relation, this paper plotted the relative curve, took SCM ( single chip micyoco ) as center dealing unit designed the automatic control system, set up man-mechine interface with VB language, and completed data exchange between the feed and unload position with serial positions, as a resalt, the operator can adjust the printing pressure on the control consol, realized compatible auto-manuel adjustment , and improved the automatic degree of domestic printing mechine.
