摘要
将传统的正交试验和动力搅拌系统相结合,研究了银杏叶中主要生理活性物质黄铜的乙醇动态浸取工艺。充分挖掘试验信息,定量分析因素变化规律并寻找参数的最优组合。获得了乙醇浸取的优化工艺条件,即浸取温度75℃,乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶30和搅拌速率160r/min。该优化工艺条件,在实际生产应用中,不仅减少了生产成本,降低了能耗,而且提高了黄酮的浸取率,取得了较好的成效。
Combined dynamical stirring system with traditional orthogonal design, the dynamical extracting technology of flavonoids in gingko leaves with ethanol was studied. With fully topping the test information, quantity analysis the factors changing law and selecting the optimized combined parameters. The optimized processing condition of ethanol extraction was obtained , that is : extracting temperature 75 ℃, ethanol concentration 50%, ratio of solid-liquid 1 : 30 and the stirring rate 160 r/min. Applying this dynamical extracting technology, the cost of production was reduced, the energy consuming was decreased and the flavonoids content was increased. The results show that this new method is reasonable and practicable.
