开发商业化小型自动冷饮机中的关键设备是制冰机,通过对多种形式的制冰机分析比较,选用螺杆式制冰机作为自动冷饮机的制冰装置。计算了制冰机工作参数、实验设备数据和压缩机功率,阐述了螺杆式制冰机的工作原理和控制系统。
The key equipment in developing commercial small type auto-cold beverage vending machine is its-maker. Through comparing and analysis the various type of ice-makers, the screw ice-makier. Is selected used in the auto-cold beverage vending machine. The paper calculated the working parameters, the data of experiment device and the power of compressor as well as expounded the working principle and control system of screw ice-maker.
