The Intrinsic Logic and Basic Process of the Theoretical Innovation Since the 16th CPC National Congress

党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出了一系列重大战略思想,它们之间构成了三个层次的内容。一是一个主题,即推动科学发展,促进社会和谐;二是实现一个主题的三大举措,即建设创新型国家、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会、建设社会主义新农村;三是实现一个主题的三大保证,即加强党的执政能力建设和先进性建设、树立社会主义荣辱观、坚持走和平发展道路和建设和谐世界。学习和研究中国特色社会主义理论体系,需要深入把握十六大以来党进行理论创新的内在逻辑和基本进程,以便从系统性上对此予以科学认识,指导我们更好地实现党的十七大所做出的各项工作部署。

The Central Committee of the Party who takes comrade Hu Jintao as General Secretary has put forward a series of significant strategic thought since 16th National Congress of the CPC, between which there are three arrangements of ideas content. The First is a theme that is to drive scientific development and promote social harmony. Another is the three major measures of realizing a theme, namely, building an innovation-oriented country, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and building a new socialist countryside. The third is the three big guarantees of realizing a subject, namely, strengthening the party＇s ruling capacity-building and the building of the advanced nature, establishing a socialist concept of honour and adhering to the road of peaceful development and building a harmonious world. Studying and researching theory system with Chinese characteristic socialism, the intrinsic logic and basic process of the theoretical innovation since the 16th CPC National Congress needs grasping in depth so that it is understood sciencitifically from the systematicness and guides us to better achieve the work arrangements that the 17th CPC National Congress has brought forward to.
