The design procedures of a kind of advice-given system in the form of question and answer were introduced, and the correlation of problem and answer can come true by a searching engine. The keyword field of question text should be selected and then search for the answer in the knowledge base. According to different problems, the answer form may be a description or a conclusion to the decision-making after handling user＇s data.
