土地参与宏观经济调控的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Land as a Macro-control Means

针对我国经济发展迅速的情况,财政政策、货币政策这两种传统的宏观经济调控方法显得捉襟见肘,所以我国开创性地提出了土地参与宏观经济调控的思想。从土地参与宏观经济调控的必要性和可行性入手,探讨土地参与宏观经济调控的一些方法,对于出现的问题给予解决的措施,通过分析论证,土地作为宏观经济调控的方法之一是可行的,能够对经济起到调控和稳定的作用。

Since fiscal policy and monetary policy, the two tradition ways of macro-economic control, are not enough to deal with the rapid economic development of our country＇, China creatively advances the idea of land participating in macro -economic control. Starting with an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of land participating in macro-control ,this paper lists some ways of macro-control and gives solutions to the problems, concluding that it is feasible for land to be one of the ways to exert macro economic control.
