土地资源可持续利用评价研究——以江西省庐山区为例

An Evaluation of Sustainable Use of Land Resources——A Case Study of Lushan District,Jiangxi Province

随着可持续利用思想的引入和土地问题、矛盾的日益尖锐,土地资源的可持续利用被学科界广泛探讨,其中土地资源持续利用评价研究是中心问题之一,探讨土地持续利用评价的指标体系和方法研究具有重要意义。以庐山区为例,探讨了土地资源持续利用评价的方法和技术思路。通过评价指标的选取、标准化、指标权重、评价指标阈值、评价标准、评价方法的确定,利用加权综合的方法求取了庐山区的土地资源持续利用的评价值。结果表明:这种评价方法是可取的,庐山区的持续利用评价结果较为健康,且有增加趋势。

With the introduction of the idea of sustainable use and the increasingly sharp land issues and contradictions, the sustainable use of land resources has been extensively studied, with the evaluation of the sustainable use of land resources as one of the central issues. Taking Lushan District as an example, this paper discusses the sustainable use of land resources evaluation methods and technical ideas. By determining the selection of evaluation index, the standardization, the index weight identification, the evaluation method,this paper obtains the sustainable use of land resources in the evaluation value of Lushan District by using an integrated approach. The results show that this evaluation method is desirable, that evaluation of the sustained use of Lushan District is relatively good.
