摘要 2006年6月16日和20日对长江口进行了叶绿素a浓度的现场周日监测。监测结果显示:叶绿素a浓度表层周日波动比中、底层明显,呈现出半日周期(~11h)的变化,高潮时浓度达到峰值,低潮时浓度出现谷值。叶绿素a浓度的周日变化主要与海域特定的水动力条件(如潮汐、再悬浮作用和温盐跃层)密切相关,与各环境因子(温度、盐度、浊度、总无机氮、磷酸盐和硅酸盐)的周日波动没有显著的相关关系。 Diel variation of chlorophyll a concentration in the Changjiang Estuary was monitored on June 16, and June 20, 2006, on board R/V Dong Fang Hong 2, respectively. Monitored results indicated that diel fluctuation of chlorophyll a concentration was more distinct in surface waters than that in middle or bottom waters, and showed a semidiurnal period of -11 h. The maximum of chlorophyll a concentration appeared at high tide, and the minimum at low tide. The diel variation of chlorophyll a concentration is mainly affected by tide, resuspension and stratification, and has no significant correlation with water temperature, salinity, turbidity, total inorganic nitrogen, phosphate and silicate.
