摘要 对美国《海岸防护手册》(SPM)中估计不规则波浪下越浪率的计算公式作了分析并对其不足进行了改进,提出利用规则波越浪率来计算不规则波作用下越浪率的一个新的公式。认为当建筑物堤顶高程(从静水面算起)为零时,越浪率不仅与波高有关,波速也是一个重要的影响因素,SPM法的假定不符合实际的工况,导致SPM法不是低估就是高估了越浪率的大小。通过数值模拟,将新改进的公式与SPM法、实验数据、以及经验公式作了对比,表明新公式是比较合理的,其计算结果可以作为工程设计的参考依据。 The Shore Protection Manual (SPM) method for estimating the wave overtopping rates under irregular waves is reviewed and extended. This paper presents an improved formulae of applying a monochromatic wave overtopping equation to random waves. When the freeboard is zero, the overtopping rates is related to not only wave height, but also wave velocity. The assumption made by the SPM method is not practical, leading to the overtopping rates underestimated or overestimated. This paper improves the unreasonable assumptions. The numerical results are compared with SPM method, experimental data and empirical method. One concludes that the improved method is analytically correct, and suggest to be a reference design principle.
