摘要
针对4种芦荟(不夜城芦荟、中华芦荟、木立芦荟、长须芦荟)不同部位的多糖含量进行研究。试验得出:全叶中多糖的含量:不夜城芦荟>长须芦荟>中华芦荟>木立芦荟;凝胶中多糖的含量:不夜城芦荟>中华芦荟>木立芦荟>长须芦荟;叶皮中多糖的含量:不夜城芦荟>长须芦荟>中华芦荟>木立芦荟。其中不夜城芦荟多糖含量最高。
In this experiment, the polysaccharide contents in entire leaf, the gelatin, and the leaf skin of Aloe vera L. var.chinese(Haw.),Berger A arboresesens.Mill,A.nobilis,A aristata Haw were measured respectively. In entire leaf, Aloe were arranged in polysaccharide content: A.nobilis 〉 A aristata Haw 〉 Aloe vera L. var. chinese (Haw.)〉 Arboresesens.Mill;in gelatin: A.nobilis 〉 Aloe vera L. var. chinese(Haw.)〉 arboresesens.MiU 〉 A aris- tata Haw; in leaf skin: A.nobilis 〉 A aristata Haw 〉 A foe vera L. var. chinese (Haw.) 〉 A rboresesens.Mill. In four kinds of aloe, A.nobilis conta-ined more polysaccharide than the others.
