摘要
以提制了叶绿素铜钠盐的蚕沙废液为原料,对进一步提取果胶的方法进行研究,结果表明最佳提取条件为:活性炭脱色120min,沉析pH为3.5,沉析温度为50℃,浓缩液与95%的乙醇用量以1∶1.1为宜。经分析检测,所提取得到的蚕沙果胶为低酯果胶,总干燥失重、总灰分和果胶溶液pH均达到国标要求。
The subject how to extract pectin from the silkworm after the extraction of sodium copper chlorophyll is studied. The result indicated that the optimum condition for the extractions were as follows: activated carbon decolorizing time 120 min, precipitation pH=3.5, precipitation temperature 50℃, concentrated solution to 95 % alcohol should be 1:1.1. Analyzing results showed that the pectin is low ester pectin. The mass loss rate, total ash content and pectin production pH all conformed the national standard.
