摘要
采用湿法消解改进技术进行样品前处理,以硫脲+抗坏血酸为预还原剂,用氢化物发生—原子荧光法测定茶叶中的微量砷。样品消解和测定的条件得到优化。线性范围为2.0μg/L~20.0μg/L,回归方程的相关系数为0.9996,方法的检出限为0.46μg/L,RSD为1.87%,回收率在92.8%-106.2%之间。
The samples were treated by wet digestion, and the contents of Arsenic in tea were determined by HG-AFS, with using thiourea ascorbic acidpro reducing agent.The condition of the samples digestion and analytical condition were optimized. The linear range of response was in the range from 2.0μg/L to 20.0μg/L, correlative coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.999 6, the detection limit of this method was found to be 0.46μg/L, RSD' s found was 1.87 %, and the recovery rates were in the range from 92.8 % to 106.2 %.
