摘要 由于对人的健康有益,近年来有关黄酮类化合物的安全性研究开展的十分活跃。对近年来国内外黄酮类化合物的毒理学试验研究结果进行综述。毒理学研究结果表明多数黄酮类化合物一般无毒,相关的食品及药物的研制和开发具有广阔前景。 Safety evaluations of flavonoids have been actively developed in recent years. To summarized the results of current toxicological studies on flavonoids at home and abroad. The results of toxicological showed that most flavonoids are generally nontoxic and correlative research and development on food and drug have a wide prospect.
