一种新颖的自偏置有源负载放大器

Design of a Novel Self-Bias Active Load Amplifier

摘要 利用自偏置电流源闭环反馈改变开环电阻的特性,设计了一种自偏置有源负载运算放大器,实现了低功耗、高开环增益、低输入失调的性能;并将此运算放大器应用于带隙电压源中。电路在德国XFAB公司XB06工艺上流片实现。芯片实测结果验证了设计的正确性和新颖性。 A low power, high open-loop gain, low input offset voltage amplifier with self-bias active load was designed by using closed-loop feedback of self-bias current source to change open loop resistance. The amplifier was used in a bandgap voltage reference source, which was implemented in XFAB' s XB06 process. Test results of the chip validated the design.
