摘要 一般情况下,RC振荡器利用电阻电容充放电时延产生振荡,所产生的频率受电源电压、环境温度,以及组成振荡器的各种元器件的电学特性的影响较大。文章提出一种可大大降低上述各种因素影响的高精度CMOS RC振荡器。仿真计算及实际流片测试结果均表明,该CMOS RC振荡器具有较高的频率稳定性。 In general, RC oscillator generates oscillating signals by using charge and discharge delay of resistors and capacitors. Therefore, the frequency generated by oscillator is subject to variation of power supply, environment temperature, and electric characteristics of components that make up the oscillator. This paper proposed a high resolution CMOS RC oscillator, which could reduce the above-mentioned effects. Simulation and test results of an actual circuit showed that the proposed CMOS RC oscillator operated at a very stable frequency.
