摘要
为了更好地模拟现场碾压工艺,柞小高速公路用振动法进行水泥稳定碎石混合料组成设计,并与重型击实法和静压成型法设计的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:振动法设计的水泥稳定碎石混合料最大干密度大,含水量低,水泥剂量低。根据振动法设计结果特点,结合柞小高速公路实体工程应用情况,研究并提出了基于振动法设计的水泥稳定碎石施工技术,可供工程实践时参考应用。
In order to simulate compaction technology in-situ for cement stabilized crushed stone, the mix ration of cement stabilized crushed stone is deigned with static pressure method and vibratory method respectively in Zhaxiao Expressway. The design result indicates, compared with the cement stabilized crushed stone with static pressure method, the cement stabilized crushed stone vibration design method has as the qualities of more maximum dry density, lesser water content and cement content. Based on the qualities of cement stabilized crushed stone vibration design method and application research results in Zhaxiao Expressway, the construction technique of cement stabilized crushed stone based on vibration design method is summarized, which serves as reference in practice.
