摘要
异形箱体在机械加工中属难加工零件。因其需要完成6个方向上的表面及各孔的加工,且各加工表面在空间位置上有很高的位置精度,加工中需要多次装夹找正。综合运用了机械CAD/CAM、数控高速切削、参数优化等切削加工技术加工异形箱体,效果良好。
It is diffieuh for the abnormity box to cut in the machine process. Because each surfaces and holes of six directions are to be machined, moreover, each process surface has very high accuracy on the space position and many times adjustment and fix are needed in the working procedure. It is synthetically applied of CAD/CAM, the high speed cutting of CNC and the parameter optimization.
