基于遗传算法的最低报废损失加工路线决策方法研究

摘要 订单制造投标样品加工过程中,高报废率带来的损失是造成样品开发高成本的重要因素。文中在分析投标样品加工工艺特点和各道工序的生产成本与报废损失的基础上,建立了一个以最低报废损失为目标的样品加工工序排序数学模型,提出了基于遗传算法的工序排序优化方法,并对算法的应用机理进行了详细讨论,最后用实例说明了算法的应用,并对算法性能进行了分析。 During a sample manutactured, the high rate of wa ster lead to the high cost. This paper analyzes the character, cost and the waster expense; then a process planning mathematical model for the lowest waster losing was established, and a genetic-algorithm-based optimization method for process routing was proposed. Finally, an example was used to illuminate application of the algorithm, and the performance of the algorithm was demonstrated.
