摘要
逆向工程(RE)和有限元(FEM)技术是近年来较多用于新产品开发过程中的两种现代设计方法,分别在产品的仿制、改型和分析、优化领域获得广泛应用。文中将二者有机结合进行新产品的设计开发,介绍了有限元技术在产品逆向设计中的应用步骤和一般思路,并通过一个具体事例进行了详细说明,同传统的产品设计模式相比,该模式显著地提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。
In recent years, Reverse Engineering (RE) and Finite Element (FEM) technology is considered to be two modern design methods in new products development, they are given extensive application in product copy, improvement, analysis and optimization. In this paper, the two technologies are used to develop new product, the application steps and general idea of FEM technology in product reverse design is introduced, and through a practical example explains the idea in detail. In eomparison with the conventional method, the design pattern improves work efficiency significantly and shortens the development cycle of new products.
