摘要
汽车转向泵壳体是转向泵总成的重要功能件,其中的阀孔尺寸精度高,加工质量直接影响到转向泵总成的性能和品质。文中主要讨论转向泵阀孔的加工工艺及其改进,以提高阀孔直径、圆柱度、内孔表面粗糙度、跳动等技术要求,并同时提高加工效率。
Steering-pump housing is an important function part in its assembly. The precision and machining quality of valve hole in its housing body have direct impact on the overall performance. This article focuses on the machining technology and improvement of valve hole, and how to develop precision of hole diameter, eylindricity, surface roughness and runout etc. At the same time, get an increase of machining efficiency.
