针对衬套零件的加工难点,设计了合理的工艺路线,自制挤压棒,采用挤压加工的工艺手段,保证了高精度孔的尺寸要求,同时保留了磷化层,达到了设计要求。

For the processing difficulty of the bush. designed the rational craft route, manufactured extrusion mandrel, adopted cold extrusion processing technology, guaranteed the size of the high-accuracy hole required and retained the phosphating coat, then reached the designing requirement.
