高压处理对低碳合金钢加热过程中固态相变的影响

摘要 从低碳合金钢加热过程中固态相变动力学的角度,揭示了低碳合金钢经高压处理后在加热过程中对固态相变的影响。结果表明,高压处理能使低碳合金钢组织中珠光体向奥氏体的转变向低温移动,缩短转变时间,其原因归于低碳合金钢经高压处理后的组织发生改变。 In the view of transformation kinetics of solid-state phase transformation in low carbon alloy steel during heating process, the effect of low carbon alloy steel after high pressure treatment on solid-state phase transformation was studied. The results show that, after high pressure treatment, the transformation of pearlite to austenite in low carbon alloy steel shifts to the lower temperature region, and the phase transformation time can be also decreased, which is attributed to the change of microstructure of the low carbon alloy steel after high pressure treatment.
