摘要
通过拉伸实验、三点弯曲法断裂韧性测定,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜观察和X射线衍射分析等手段研究了时效对喷射沉积Al-9Zn-3Mg-2.5Cu-0.8Ni-0.8Zr合金的力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明,该合金经135℃×24h时效能达到峰值强度(782MPa),但韧性和延性较差;在175℃保温3h,韧性和延性有所提高,但强度大幅度降低;在135℃做第三级时效,能使强度回升至与峰值时效相当,达到770MPa,延性和韧性仍保持较高水平。
The effects of aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of spray Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were investigated by tensile test, three-point bending test, optical microscopy(OM), SEM and TEM. The results show that the strength of the alloy aged at 135 ℃ for 24 h can reach the peak value(782 MPa), but the toughness and ductility are worse. The toughness and ductility of the alloy treated at 135 ℃ for 3 h can increase, but its strength decreases greatly. The third aging at 135 ℃can make the strength up to 770 MPa, while the toughness and ductility still keep a higher level.
