摘要
研究了各元素在50Mn18Cr4V钢中的作用,同时研究了不同热处理制度对该钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,可以通过固溶+时效处理的方法提高钢的性能,固溶温度选择(1100±10)℃,时效温度600~700℃,时效时间不低于6h。
The element action in 50Mn18Cr4V steel was studied, the effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 50Mn18Cr4V steel were also studied. The results show that the properties of the steel may be increased through solution and aging treatment. Solution temperature is(1100±10) ℃, aging temperature is 600~700 ℃, aging time is not less than 6 h.
