摘要
通过实验和分析60Si2Mn板簧钢常规热处理(淬火+中温回火)参数,尝试了60Si2Mn板簧钢新热处理工艺,即快速加热和短时保温。结果表明:快速加热是一种高效、优质、低耗的热处理新工艺;同时,针对60Si2Mn板簧钢在热处理过程中的表面氧化、脱碳现象,采取木炭包埋保护,减少其在加热和保温过程中的脱碳倾向,对提高弹簧表面硬度效果明显。
The effects of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical property of 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring were studied by means of experiments. The normal heat treatment process(quenching and middle temperature tempering) of 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring was improved and optimized through changing some parameters properly, namely fast-heating and short holding temperature. The results show that fast-heating treatment is a new heat treatment process of higher-efficiency, superior-quality and lower-consumption. Meanwhile, aimed at the surface oxidation and carbon-off during heat treatment of 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring, taking efficient measures to reduce carbon-off during heat treatment can greatly increase the hardness of 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring.
