摘要
针对目前国产铁路轨枕用PC钢棒(预应力混凝土用钢棒)普遍存在屈强比高、韧性差的问题,研究了热处理工艺对其组织性能和延迟断裂性能影响的基本规律,以优化热处理工艺制度,提高材料抗延迟断裂性能。结果表明,最佳淬火温度为980~1020℃;500℃以上回火时塑性及抗延迟断裂性能指标的上升趋势显著。
Aimed at high yield/strength ratio and poor toughness of PC (Prestressed concrete) steel bar for railway path tie made in china, the effect laws of heat treatment process on the microstructure, properties and ability of delayed fracture were studied, so that the optimal heat treatment process was obtained and the ability of anti-delayed fracture was enhanced. The results show that the quenching temperature range is 980-I020 ~C. The rising trend of plastic and anti-delayed fracture is more obvious when the tempering temperature is over 500℃.
