摘要
通过对离合器压盘磨片簧拉环断口的宏观形貌和断口附近的金相组织特点进行分析,对其化学成分、硬度进行测试,得出其表面硬度偏高,组织的脆性显著,其断裂失效的原因为微动磨蚀。
The macro-fractography and characteristic of microstructure around fracture of draw-ring after carburizing were analysed. The chemical composition and hardness of fracture were examined. The results show that the surface hardness is higher and the microstructure is markedness brittle. The failure cause is fretting wear.
