合肥市淡色库蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性及防制对策研究

Resistance investigation of Culex pipiens pallens to five pesticides and its control strategy in Hefei city

目的了解合肥市淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯及高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性现状,为制定防制对策提供科学依据。方法采用药液浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果自然品系淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯和氯菊酯抗性较低,抗性指数分别为2.20、2.30和3.19;对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性较高,抗性指数分别为4.85和5.16。结论自然品系淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,但以溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯为高。

Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to five pesticides in Hefei and provide the science evidence for its control. Methods The dipping method recommended by WHO was used to assay the medium lethal concentration（LC50 ） of the fourth-instar larvae. Results The resistance of Cx. pipiens pallens to dichlorvos, acetophenate and permethrin was in lower level and the resistance ratio were 2.20, 2.30 and 3.19 respectively. The resistance of Cx. pipiens pallens to deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin was in medium level and the resistance ratio were 4.85 and 5.16 respectively. Conclusion The results showed that Cx. pipiens pallens had different resistance to five pesticides tested. Of which, the resistance level to deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin was higher.
