摘要
介绍了波音787项目的全球化生产网络。对PLM的组成模型、功能特点等进行了分析,研究总结了PLM在波音787项目中全面应用的效果。
In the paper the global manufacturing network of Boeing 787 is introduced. The architecture model and function features of PLM （Product Lifecycle Management） are analyzed. In addition, the effect and advantage of the implementation and application of PLM in the Boeing 787 project are studied and concluded.
