摘要
混杂纤维混凝土是以普通混凝土为基体掺入两种或多种不同性质的纤维以获得某些优异性能的一种复合材料。混杂纤维混凝土相比普通混凝土具有极高的抗拉、抗弯强度,良好的耐久性、耐磨性、抗冻融性等,因而引起了广大工程界人士的极大关注,成为土木工程界新兴的研究热点[1、2]。本文通过一系列试验研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的不同组合及不同掺量与各种强度性能的关系,综合考察混杂纤维混凝土强度性能的各种影响因素,从而总结出混杂纤维混凝土的增强效应规律。
Hybrid fibers reinforced concrete is a kind of composite material with some excellent performance, in which two or more different performance fibers were admixed in normal concrete. It has advantages in many aspects, such as much higher tensile strength, bending strength, durability, abrasion resistance, freezing thawing resistance and so on. So it received more and more attention in the field of civil engineering, and it became the new researching hot point in the field of research work. This thesis focused on the relationship between the strength and different fibers combination of steel fibers and PP fibers(polypropylene) by a series of experiments. And the influencing factors of the hybrid fibers reinforced concrete strength were discussed, In the end, the general reinforcing law of the hybrid fibers reinforced concrete was obtained.
