某湖底隧道主体结构混凝土抗碳化耐久性试验研究

摘要 结合某湖隧道工程的具体特点,确定抗碳化作为影响其耐久性的主要问题,研究了水泥品种、胶凝材料总量、矿物掺合料取代率、粉煤灰和矿粉比例和水胶比等配合比参数对混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同水泥对混凝土碳化速度有较大的影响,混凝土碳化深度随着胶凝材料用量降低、矿物掺合料取代率增加、粉煤灰比例的增加和水胶比的增加而增加。本文从抗碳化耐久性角度提出配合比参数的设计范围。 According to the peculiarities of Li lake tunnel, carbonation and crack resistance was regarded as the main durability problems. The influence of some mix parameters on carbonation resistances was studied. Factors considered included cement, cementitious content, mineral admixture replacement level, w/B. It is observed that the carbonation depth increased with the reduction of cementitious materials content, the increases of the mineral admixture replacement ratio, the fly ash content and w/B ratio. The mix proportion was finally brought forward based on the experiment results and carbonation resistance durability.
