摘要
本文以苯酚、甲醛为原料,磷酸为催化剂,经缩合反应合成双酚F。通过正交实验探讨了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响,并对纯化后的产物进行核磁共振、红外光谱和熔点测定分析表征。实验结果表明,最优工艺条件为:n(苯酚)/n(磷酸)=3:1,n(磷酸)/n(甲醛)=1:1,反应时间为3h,温度为45℃。在最优条件下进行实验,所得产品的收率可稳定在85%左右。
Bisphenol F was synthesized by condensation reaction using phenol and formaldehyde as starting materials, phosphoric acid as catalyst. Some factions influencing product yield, material proportion, catalyzer dosage, reaction temperature and time respectively were studied by orthogonal experiment. The purified product was characterized by HNMR, FT--IR and melting point test. The result showed that optimal process condition was n(phenol) / n( phosphoric acid)= 3:1,n (phosphoric acid) / n (form- aldehyde) = 1:1, the reaction time 3h, the temperature 45℃. Under the optimal process condition, the product yield could reach 85% approximately.
