摘要
具有大延迟环节的被控对象在工业现场中普遍存在,事实证明传统的控制方法如PID控制不能很好地控制这些对象。史密斯预估控制能消除大迟延对系统控制过程的影响,但由于受到这种控制策略对模型精度要求很高等限制,并未在实际的工业过程中得到广泛应用。随着微型计算机技术的快速发展和广泛应用,人们从实践中探索出了一种新的控制策略一预测控制,本文详细地从工作原理、数学推导方面探讨了一种基于预测控制的控制算法,即动态矩阵控制(DMC)
Control objects with great time delay exist abroad in industry fields, and it has been proved that traditional control strategies cannot control these objects. Smith control can overcome time delay during control process, but this kind of control strategy based on modem control theory wasn't applied abroad because of several reasons. With the rapid development of control technology and abroad application, one kind of control strategy, predictive control, was worked out by researchers. In this paper, we illustrate one control algorithm based predictive control through its principle and math deduce in details. It is dynamic matrix control (DMC).
