摘要
在社会主义市场经济体制下，如何根据本地的实际情况，巩固、完善和发展母子保健保偿制度，是当前亟待解决的问题。江西省抚州地区在推行母子保健保偿责任制方面主要采取３种模式：“一体化”系列保健保偿模式；母子“一条龙”系统保健保偿模式；母儿“九病”保健保偿模式。成效：合理解决了保健人员报酬，进一步稳定了基层妇幼卫生队伍，高危孕产妇得到及时保健，提高了妇幼保健服务质量，为计划生育工作的开展创造了有力条件。

The three models were taken in carrying out the mother and infant health system. They were the health model of “an organic whole” series; the health model of mother and infant “one continuous line” system; the health model of mother and infant “nine diseases”. The results were very effective. The payment of health staff have been gradually increased. The health of high risk pregnant and puerperal woman were timely given. The service quality of MCH was been raised. That created favorable conditions for the family plan.
