摘要
报告1例复发性多发性梭形细胞血管瘤。患者女,20岁。因左手背反复出现红色结节6年就诊。患者曾3次行手术切除皮损,但多数结节均于术后在原位复发。皮损组织病理检查示真皮内大量增生的梭形血管内皮细胞,形成大小不一的血管腔及实性肿瘤团块。诊断:梭形细胞血管瘤。
A 20-year-old female patient presented with a 6-year history of multiple nodules on the back of her left hand. The lesions had been excised for 3 times, but relapsed at the same site after the surgery. Histopathologic examination showed hyperplasia of endothelial cells, spindle in shape, which formed vessels of different sizes and solid tumor. The diagnosis is spindle cell hemangioma.
