颅脑损伤后甲状腺功能的改变与免疫

摘要 近十年来,重症颅脑损伤与神经-内分泌-免疫系统的关系日益受到关注,神经、内分泌和免疫系统是机体中相互制约和相互协调的三大调节系统,研究表明,神经内分泌的失调参与疾病发生发展的病理生理过程,可直接影响垂体功能,导致垂体功能低下、糖尿病及其他内分泌疾病^[1]。颅脑损伤时神经内分泌功能紊乱常导致一系列代谢异常,
