大脑左右半球不对称的形态观察及临床意义

Morphological study of asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres and its clinical signficance

目的：为探讨左右大脑半球某些区域的不对称与临床左右大脑半球某些疾病发生的危险因素提供形态学基础。方法：用防腐固定后的成人大脑标本１００个，对比测量左右大脑半球外侧裂长度、倾斜角及额叶、枕叶、颞叶的宽度。收集１００例经ＣＴ定位确诊的脑血管病患者，统计病变处于左右半球的相互关系。结果：左外侧裂，后水平支，倾斜角均大于右侧，左枕叶，颞叶均大于右侧，而额叶则右＞左侧。临床统计１００例脑栓塞和脑出血病人，左侧占８６％，右侧占８％；左半球病变伴语言障碍的占９１％，右侧病变伴语言障碍的仅有１例。结论：左右大脑半球某些部位存有优势半球，左半球大于右半球，这种量的差异是否造成脑血管病左＞右的结果尚待进一步研究。

Objective:To explore the relations between the cerebral hemisoheres asymmety and the cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:One hundred adult patients diagnosed by CT image were used in this study.Results:Most structures in the left hemispheres, i.e the lateral fissure,the indination angle,the occipital and the temporal lobes were larger than those in the right hemispheres,except the frontal lobe which is smaller in the left side. One hundred CT images of the cerebrovasculor diseases showed that 86% were located in the left side.Conclusions:The morphological difference between the left and the right hemispheres may lead to a higher rate of the cerebrovascular disease in the left cerebral hemispheres.
