Clinicians play a direct and decisive role in patient--centered total quality management process and therefore should:have a strong sense of responsibility for the interests of patients;master new techniques and expertises of diagnosis,treatment and scientific research to be able to select and perfect cost-effective and efficient service measures;and be honest and self-disciplined in performing duties so as to keep to a fine style of work and a positive physician-patient relationship.
