作为2008年北京残奥运动会火炬接力“时代风采线”的第四站，9月2日，残奥运动会圣火来到中国的“帆船之都”，70名火炬手在青岛4．25公里长的接力线路上手手相传，传递着北京残奥运动会火炬，也传递着欢笑；传递着关爱，也传递着感动。

On September 2, 2008, the holy fire of the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games came to Qingdao-the fourth station of the sacred torch relay. Seventy torchbearers relayed the holy fire, the love, and the emotion of the Paralympic Games.
