摘要
参照GSM语音编码标准,对RPE-LTP这一经典语音编码算法进行了深入研究,并且对RPE-LTP编码器的工作原理进行了详细的研究和分析。在此基础上,以TI公司的CCS2.0为开发环境,以该公司的C5510芯片为平台,采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程的方式,成功地实现了该编码器。并通过硬件平台的实验测试,取得了令人满意的通话效果。从而为这一经典算法在第三代移动通信系统中的应用打下了良好基础。
According to GSM standard, the RPE-LTP speech coding algorithm was studied, especially on its coding principle and functional modules. Based on the study, the encoder was performed by mixed-language programming of c programming language and assembly language successfully using the testing system built on C5510 and the CCS2.0 development environment from TI Company. The satisfying results were obtained after testing the eneoder on the hardware system. This algorithm will be applied better in the third-generation mobile communication system based on the performed eneoder.
