综述了近年来磁性纳米Fe_3O_4的多种制备方法:化学共沉淀法、沉淀氧化法、水热法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法、机械研磨法和高温分解法。由于化学共沉淀法是制备纳米Fe_3O_4铁粒子最常用的方法,所以特别对此方法的反应机理做了详细阐述。介绍了磁性纳米Fe_3O_4在生物医学方面的具体应用并展望了其今后的发展方向。
The present research status and latest achievements of the preparation methods of nano-sized Fe3O4 particles, including co-precipitation method, hydrothermal method, microemulsion method, sol-gel method, high-temperature heat decomposition method etc. are summarized, and the reaction mechanism of co-precipitation is described in detail. Furthermore, the specific application of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles in biomedicine is introduced. Finally, its further development direction is put forward.
