具有纳米结构的VPO催化剂及其氧化正丁烷制顺酐

摘要 采用有机法制备了具有纳米结构的VPO催化剂,制备过程中引入了铋(Bi)助剂、高沸点溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO),考察了二者对催化剂性能的影响。结果发现,具有纳米结构的VPO催化剂对选择性氧化正丁烷制顺酐反应有较高的催化活性。在400℃、正丁烷/空气=1.5/98.5(体积比,下同)和空速为1500h^(-1)的条件下,正丁烷转化率为81%,顺酐选择性为68%。XRD和IR分析结果表明催化剂主要成分相为(VO)_2P_2O_7,此外还含有一定量的VOPO_4物种,SEM分析发现催化剂含有粒径为30~50nm的团状颗粒。 The nano-sized VPO catalyst precursors are prepared in organic phase and added with combinations of Bi and DMSO additives by impregnation. The characteristics of VPO catalysts are investigated through the performance evaluation experiment. It can he seen that the nano-sized crystallites of VPO catalysts are pretty good at the selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride. It is found that the conversion ratio of n-butane and the selectivity to maleic anhydride over the catalysts are 81% and 68%, respectively. By using XRD, SEM and IR analysis method, catalysts have more active phases (VO)2 P2O7 and a few VOPO4 phases and the crystallites of VPO catalyst are 30-50 nm.
